Heat the oil in a pan and add red peppers and onions, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add in the paprika, cumin, coriander and chilli flakes, cook until peppers and onions are soft. Then remove from heat and place into a bowl.
Heat the oil in the same pan, fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Once golden, remove from pan and set aside.
In another bowl place the mashed peas, olive oil, garlic, coriander and lime juice and mix together well.
Place wraps onto a plate and place the peppers, onions, tofu, and pea guacamole onto the wraps.
Fold up the bottom of the wraps and then fold the sides over.
Serve and enjoy!
