Crack the eggs into a bowl and add in the flour, whisk until it becomes a thick paste and all lumps have been
removed.
Gradually pour in the Renastep, the batter will now be much thinner, place the batter in the fridge and allow to rest
for a few hours.
Heat the oven to it’s highest setting 250°C/475°F/gas mark 9 and add oil to a large baking tray, allow the oil to heat
in the oven for 10 minutes or until smoking hot.
Remove the tray from the oven and add the sausages to the dish, allow to brown slightly all over.
Reduce the heat of the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas mark 7 and add the tray back in for a few minutes to allow the oil
to come back to temperature.
Carefully remove from the oven and pour the batter over the sausages, place the tray back in the oven and do not
remove for 20 minutes or until golden brown and well risen.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve immediately.
