Heat a pan on a medium heat and add the rice, milk, cream, water and sugar. Mix well until combined.
Allow to gently simmer for 1 hour, stirring regulatory to ensure it does not stick or burn.
Once the rice is cooked, stir in the vanilla essence and cinnamon.
Allow to cook for a further 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
