Rice Milk Pudding

Ingredients

  • 36g pudding rice
  • 55ml milk
  • 55ml double cream
  • 220ml water
  • 30g caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Heat a pan on a medium heat and add the rice, milk, cream, water and sugar. Mix well until combined. 

  2. Allow to gently simmer for 1 hour, stirring regulatory to ensure it does not stick or burn.

  3. Once the rice is cooked, stir in the vanilla essence and cinnamon. 

  4. Allow to cook for a further 10 minutes.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
