Mix together the bread flour, Renastep and water in a bowl until a dough is formed, knead for 2 minutes then set aside to rest for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, add to a frying pan the onions and peppers and allow to cook until soft.
Add in the lamb mince, garlic and cumin and allow to cook until the mince has browned.
Add in the kale and allow to soften, then remove the pan from the heat and add in the mint and coriander, set aside to cool.
Cut the dough into 4 portions and roll out each portion into a thin 15cm circle.
Place a quarter of the meat mixture onto one half of each dough circle, crumble feta equally over each gozleme.
Fold over other half of dough and crimp sides until sealed.
Brush each gozleme with olive oil and squash slightly to flatten.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry each gozleme until golden brown and crispy on each side.
Serve and enjoy!
