Creamy Pesto Pasta

Ingredients

  • 260g spaghetti
  • 100g tenderstem broccoli, sliced
  • 40g pesto
  • 125ml Renastep™
  • 15g parmesan

Method

  1. Heat a pan of water until boiling and add in the pasta, boil for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the broccoli to the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes, drain and set aside.

  3. In a pan, add the pesto and allow to warm. Gradually add the Renastep, ensuring not to boil the mixture.

  4. Once combined, add the pasta and broccoli back to the pan and stir until fully coated.

  5. Serve, sprinkle over the parmesan and enjoy!
