Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion, leeks, garlic, and cook until soft
Add in the beef chunks, cannellini beans, black pepper and smoked paprika. Cook for 2 minutes and then add in the flour.
In a jug add a beef stock cube, dijon mustard, Renastep and boiling water and stir until fully combined.
Pour over the wet mixture and mix well ensuring that all the beef juices and flour are combined.
Allow to simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened.
Serve over pasta and enjoy!
